Webinar Recording: 2022 Employment Law Update
March 29, 2022 – The Lomita Chamber of Commerce hosted an informational webinar featuring Chase Law Group on 2022 laws that employers need to understand. Topics included: current Covid-19 leaves, benefits and obligations, minimum wage laws, retirement savings plans/CalSavers mandate for employers with 5+ employees, amendments to AB 5 (Dynamex) and the use of independent contractors in the workplace. Attendees asked questions and learned about state and federal regulations that employers must comply with in 2022.
